RICS LEVEL 3 SURVEY
A RICS Level 3 Survey is our most comprehensive property survey available and provides a detailed assessment of a property’s structure and condition. It is typically recommended for older and traditional buildings, or where significant renovation, alteration or repair works are being considered.

DEFECT DIAGNOSIS
If you’re concerned about one specific issue, a defect diagnosis survey provides targeted, professional advice without the cost of a full survey. Whether you’re buying a property or already live there, we inspect the issue in detail and report clearly on the likely cause, implications, and appropriate next steps.
Suitable for:
✔ Homeowners experiencing a recurring or unexplained defect
✔ Buyers needing clarity on a single issue before committing
