Services: While we don’t perform tests on the services, we visually inspect them to identify any visible problems or potential issues. This includes the heating system, electrical wiring, plumbing, and drainage.
Defects and Risks: Our surveyor highlights any significant defects or potential risks associated with the property, offering insights into areas that may require attention or further investigation.
Legal Considerations: The RICS Level 2 Survey also includes comments on legal matters that may impact the property, such as boundaries, rights of way, or other legal issues.
