We thoroughly examine the external features of the property, including walls, roofs, gutters, chimneys, and any other visible elements. We identify potential issues like damp, cracks, and structural concerns that may affect the property’s integrity. We also use a 6 metre telescopic camera to inspect those hard to reach areas!

Internal Building Fabric

We conduct a detailed inspection of the property's roof void identifying and visible defects. Thereafter we assess the condition of internal elements such as walls, ceilings, floors, joinery and signs of dampness or movement. The survey focuses on visible defects and how they may affect the property’s condition or future maintenance.

Services (Including Plumbing & Electrical Installations)

The survey includes a visual inspection of services such as electrical installations, gas, plumbing, heating and drainage, where accessible. Services are not tested, but the report advises where further specialist inspection is recommended.
